What is your return policy?
At Cherie Sundays, we want every piece you own to feel like it was made for your favorite slow morning. If your new set isn't quite the "cloud-soft" match you were dreaming of, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund.
Once your return finds its way back to our studio for a quick "comfort check," we’ll whisk your refund back to your original payment method.
A Little Note on Special Finds: Items found in our "Archive" or "Flash" sales are yours to keep! These special pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
Time to Decide: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if your new set is "the one" for your Sunday rituals.
Pristine Condition: To be eligible for a return, your pieces should be just as you received them—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Because we prioritize your comfort and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns with signs of wear, scents, or makeup.
Signature Packaging: To ensure your items are protected on their journey back home to us, please return them in their original pink packaging.
How do i initiate a return?
We’ve made our return process as simple as a slow morning. Just follow these three easy steps to get started:
Step 1: Get in Touch
Send a quick note to our "Sweet Dreams" team at cherie@cheriesundays.com. Please include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for your return. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with your return authorization and the next steps.
Step 2: Pack with Care
Once your return is approved, place your unworn, unwashed items back into their original pink packaging. Ensuring the sets are neatly folded helps us process your return faster once they arrive at our studio!
Step 3: Whisk it Back to Us
Drop your package off at your local post office or courier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for any "lost dreams" on their way back to us.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
That’s the opposite of a good night’s sleep. If your order is missing or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out to us immediately at cherie@cheriesundays.com, or using our Contact form. We’ll make it right—because you deserve a stress-free experience.
